About Olcirca
Why we built this
Olcirca started from a simple observation: years of training data sitting in Strava, never really seen after the activity feed scrolled past it. The routes are mapped. The splits are logged. But what does a whole year of movement actually look like?
We wanted a way to see all of it at once — not as a list, not as a map, but as something closer to how time actually feels. A clock face. Every ring a workout. Every arc placed exactly when it happened. Midnight at the top, noon at the top, going round again.
Our approach
Each print is generated entirely from your own activity data — no two are alike. The design is abstract by intent: no clock face markings, no decorative flourishes, just your activities laid out as they happened. The density of the rings, the spread of the arcs, the gaps where you rested — it's all there if you know where to look.
We print on 200gsm uncoated matte stock. The finish is quiet and tactile — it sits well in a frame and holds detail at close range. Every order is fulfilled by Gelato's print network, so it ships from a facility near you.
The name
Olcirca is a compound of two words: ol, Welsh for trace or footprint, and circa, Latin for around. A trace, going around. It felt right.
