Who we are

What you're ordering
Each print is a personalised physical poster produced to your specifications (activity data, size, colours, and text). Because every print is made to order for you specifically, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3, paragraph (b): goods made to the consumer's specifications).
You may cancel your order only before it enters production — typically within one hour of payment. To request a cancellation, email hello@olcirca.com immediately with your order reference.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is included in the price. No additional charges will be applied at checkout beyond the amount shown.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe's hosted checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your card details.
Production and delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your print is sent to our print partner (Gelato) for production. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, after which your print is dispatched. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- United States, Canada, Australia: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during busy periods or due to carrier issues outside our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Quality guarantee
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost. Email hello@olcirca.com within 14 days of receipt with your order reference and a photo of the issue.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for prints that have been produced correctly to your specification. If you're unsure about your design, review the live preview carefully before placing your order.
Your Strava data
By connecting your Strava account, you authorise us to read your activity history for the purpose of generating your print design. We do not store or use your Strava data for any other purpose. See our Privacy & Cookies page for full details.
Intellectual property
The activity data used to generate your print is yours. The design system, layout algorithm, and visual language used to render it are ours. You are purchasing a physical copy of the output for personal use. Reproduction or resale of the design is not permitted without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays, natural disasters, or Strava API outages). Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
